Working for a private or government firm guarantees the payment of salaries alongside some other value added benefits like health insurance and other benefits, as a full time entrepreneur all of those benefits needs to be ignored for some time while you try to grow the business, you will need to cut down on living that flashy lifestyle you use to live while earning salaries.

The weight of responsibility that comes with being an entrepreneur does not come lightly, lots of issues like you have never experienced before will show right up in your face and you just have to handle it with smartness one way or another. Before you became an entrepreneur you might be an easy going person that likes to mind his business but as an entrepreneur you need to start minding more than your business and begin to focus on your business which include your members of staff and entrepreneurs as well.

The challenge of working with different type of individuals is also very present, you will need to discover the way to successfully search for different talents and bring them together to produce a good result, the hunt for talent is usually very serious and one has to be diplomatic about it.

On the entrepreneurial path you have chosen, it is going to get very lonely on some days especially when your family members are not in support of your decision you will have absolutely no one to call or run to and it is going to get extremely scary and lonely at that point in your business journey since the only motivation you get is what you give yourself.

There are great things that come as a result of being an entrepreneur, the benefits are usually great at the long run but there are also down times and everyone who intends to get into business needs to be prepared for the mentioned downtime and even more.

Hello friend, the truth is that any business will bring with it good and bad times, nothing in life is all happiness, but I think it is worthwhile to undertake and have your own business. Being independent costs work but brings many benefits and satisfaction!

But if you really enjoy doing it, you will find the fuel to keep going each day where you want to go.

Good article, the challenges of having a business are not for everyone since those people who love their peace of mind are often the ones who fail in business because they do not want to take on that amount of extra pressure.

Thanks for your article, the interesting thing about an entrepreneur is that he takes risks and meets a goal in the middle and long term, since the challenge is to realize if I am really prepared, if I have the ability to interact with other people and each head is a different world of ideas.
