Hello dear friends of this wonderful ecosystem, Project HOPE recently arrived a year after its foundation and @crypto.piotr celebrated it with this publication: Project.HOPE community celebrates our FIRST BIRTHDAY it highlights some experiences lived this first year of travel, recounting its initial plans with the project and how the arrival of Covid-19 this 2020 gave a new direction to the project.

It is said that the most difficult thing is not to start a project or achieve a goal, the most difficult thing is to stay on top or the desired position. In Project HOPE important things have been achieved the project started, positioned itself, has managed to stay for a year, but in addition to that, it is not only being maintained but is also growing in the midst of a pandemic.
Features that make Project HOPE successful.
When you see the damage that the pandemic is doing to the world economy and you see a project growing, you can't help but wonder: How are they doing it?
In my opinion there are four key characteristics that are pushing this project to the top, and today I want to share them with you.
Leadership:
In my opinion, leadership is the most essential part for the development of a project, and as far as our community is concerned @crypto.piotr has done a great job since the beginning of the project, managing a community where diverse cultures converge is not something simple, however, Piotr has managed to understand and channel any cultural difference and use it to enhance the project.
Factors such as lack of motivation, discouragement, maintaining interest in common goals, making the right decisions at the right time, supporting each member, managing for the benefit of the group, using the right words in difficult situations, taking responsibility To take pressure off the group in times of stress, these are some of the things @crypto.piotr has handled excellently.
Also the rest of the team does it very well, @juanmolina, @lanzjoseg, this has generated that the rest of the group feel the commitment to do things well for the well-being of the entire community.
Commitment:
Commitment plays a very important role in a project like this, at Project HOPE we place a lot of emphasis on commitment, commitment in all aspects, both in quality publishing and in reading and supporting publications, this has achieved that It is very difficult to see in our community a publication that has less than ten comments.
When we read and comment on someone's publication, we express our support and interest in that person's work, surely they will feel grateful to know that their effort is being rewarded by a community that knows how to appreciate and value their work.
This interaction has a positive effect on our community, and makes you feel that you are in the right place.
Economy:
Perhaps I am not the most qualified to speak on this topic, however, I share my personal opinion of what I think has achieved the economic aspect in our community and what @crypto.piotr himself calls Win/Win.
It is a system where we are all benefited by our work, from content creators, curators, those who delegate Hive Power to our associated accounts or follow our trail of curation, it is an economy designed in such a way that the community as a whole be benefited and guarantee the necessary funds for the operation and growth of the project.

Perseverance:
Perseverance can be defined as that combative spirit that makes you not bow down in the face of adversity or failure, that force that lifts you up when you fall and drives you to keep going until you reach your goal.
This past year we have witnessed some positive events for our project, we have been glad when the good news arrived, such as when the delegations for @project.hope arrived, or the recent arrival of @therising on our curation trail, each person who added to the support of the project it became a force that propelled the project forward
But we also suffered some unfortunate events, we had to deal with various HF, the conflict between Justin Sun and the witnesses that led to the subsequent division of our Blockchain, then we have been the subject of an obsessive persecution that keeps us members of the project in the eye of the storm.
All of these events have hit our boat hard, however, we have kept focused on persevering in continuing to grow, in doing our work with more excellence and dedication.
Conclusions.
I understand that there are other things that make this project strong and that perhaps you can pick up the essence of them better than I do, but in my opinion these are some of our greatest strengths that have made us get to where we are today.
We cannot predict where we will be next year, but I thank God every day of my life for bringing me to this project, for making me part of this great community and making me know so many valuable people.
Although we cannot know what will happen to us this coming year, I can say that if things continue as they are, we will surely find ourselves at the top of this chain.
