Magpies play in the morning sun.
Are you not much more valuable?
A cascasde of emotions from a turbulent mind.
Contradiction of thoughts colide.
A range of questions before going to bed.

Truth, bolt of lightning strikes.
Despair from previous renditions.
I build my fortress of playing cards,
Brought to its foundations with the mildest of breeze,
Clarity given from a new perspective,
"For whom the bell tolls"?
Like plasticine twisting,
Everyone's moot point.
A crest by any other name,
Is still a crest to honour?
Malaise upon the soul,
Comfort from a panacea,
A cathartic solution of soothing anxiety
Breathe. Just Breathe!
Rise. Engage.
Parare. Parare?
A soldier's fear,
Of peaceful obliquity.
Forced contemplation,
Surrender of being,
Rejoice in this moment,
Like magpies in the sun.
