I didn't quite understand that it is not centralized and is anonymous, however if companies like IBM use it, it must be secure. I think of those freeware programs that existed a long time ago and which could be played or used without complications, hoping that someone could give some continuation to them. Personally I had heard of XLM but did not know its function. @tipu curate 2

It's main use as I stated was "remittance". The blockchain was designed for "cross border payments". Banks are keeping an eye on this project for long time. Polkadot kind of disrupted the strength of XLM because polkadot's parachain feature can connect any existing blockchain and pump out DEFI out of multiple networks.
