All living beings are constantly evolving, at a biological and cellular level, renewing themselves to adapt to the new conditions of their body, however, as you name it, the brain, which is something like the CPU of the body, keeps the rest in order. Logically no living being is the same when it is born and when it dies, but they are natural processes and are not placed by third parties, so there is a big difference with the paradox you mention. @tipu curate 2
