Weak point of the interface.
Agreed there should popup of mentioned which is a big need right now as main thing is mentioning like ofcourse is someone's mentioning me specifically i should be there for a reply
It would be a substantial improvement to the system.
This is actually what happening with me. Even sometime i forget what i ate sometime ago. Well if we learn to remember name only of someone, It leaves a good impression on the front. So the result is you can build strong relationship easily because it is like a reward that someone remember the name in first meeting for it. And this is important for business.
We must do exercises and study techniques to improve our memory.
