Hello dear friends of Project HOPE, I wish everyone was well.


Forgiveness is an issue that has progressively boomed, research conducted over the past decade shows its impact on physical and psychological health, for this reason it is increasingly important to recognize the benefits of forgiveness, in order to achieve comprehensive well-being.
And what is forgiveness? There are many opinions and positions regarding forgiveness, most of whom agree that it represents the ability to free oneself from resentment or resentment caused by the actions of others, which make it difficult to continue evolving and moving forward.

Based on the above and my experience, forgiveness is a choice and decision that involves a process of self-healing that merits responsible and compassionate review in search of reconciliation and personal growth.

Who to forgive? and How do you do that?


One of the most important aspects of forgiveness is to identify whom to forgive. In some cases it is easy in others it is more complex, because it requires reflection even professional help. The most amazing thing is that we usually have to start with ourselves.
Of course, it is easier said than done, but the first step is to recognize that it is necessary and beneficial for those who forgive, and also for those involved.
Even though there are various options, techniques, procedures for forgiveness, it is a personal process with many nuances that are influenced by individual and social characteristics, so it varies according to each case and circumstance.
The best thing to do is to live your own experience without prejudice, haste or comparison, giving it the importance it deserves, and if necessary ask for professional help to guide and facilitate it. We decide whether we want to forgive or not, being willing and convinced is fundamental.

I am particularly of the opinion that one of the most important practices necessary for personal growth and inner peace is forgiveness.
Resentment, hatred and resentment are burdens too heavy to allow human beings to move forward, they must be freed from them in order to achieve it.
