Greetings friends readers of this prestigious platform especially to the members of the community of @project.hope, our lives will always be linked or immersed in different situations that at certain times make us lose our way, however, I think that when this happens it is necessary a little reflection within us, that is, to be able to find ourselves and focus again on the path we have already set for our goals and successes.

At any moment of the day we can feel suffocated by all the pressures of our daily activities, and in reality there comes a moment when it seems that our escape valve is totally closed and this causes all the pressure inside us to accumulate rapidly, provoking in us moments of anger and frustration, and on many occasions we unload our anger unnecessarily on anyone around us.

Personally, when this happens to me I try to get away from everyone and spend a good time for myself, and drain all that energy that could harm anyone around me, even though we know that we should always take things slowly sometimes you get so many things together that somehow or other you collapse without meaning to.

The important thing is that by having our space we can restore our sanity and face things step by step, and not all at once, and that our ideas flow harmoniously like the waves on the surface of the water, and in this way we can transmit peace and security to the people we love and respect.

Our entire existence will always be filled with different types of situations that in one way or another will influence our behavior, however, I think it is necessary to learn from them and continue with greater force towards achieving our goals.

Until another opportunity, dear friends.

It is very important to meditate and live in constant reflection to find the necessary balance in our behavior while at the same time this will help us to achieve our goals. Greetings @rbalzan79 and thank you for sharing.

You are absolutely right, it will always be important to be able to have our moments with ourselves and to be able to focus again on our proposed goals. Successes.

Hello friend, a good topic, sometimes we need those spaces alone to understand and to meet again with ourselves, to get out of the routine a little bit, to eliminate those negative thoughts and to be able to reach a space of harmony and tranquility. I believe that solitude is not a bad companion, as long as you know how to take advantage of it to create positive moments. Greetings!

Hello friend @franyeligonzales.
It is totally correct what expresses sometimes a little bit of loneliness does not hurt us, the important thing is that it allows us to meet ourselves again.
Thank you for your comments and for your extraordinary contribution, success.

Greetings dear friend @rbalzan79, sometimes we go through difficult moments that make us have volatile reactions with the people around us, I agree with you that we should take a breath and meditate a little before issuing any comment or reaction that may hurt or bother our neighbor.

See you later my friend, have a great week !
