Who doesn't dream of having a 5 figure monthly salary, working inside an Air-conditioned chamber, enjoying some other perquisites of multi national companies. ??
I personally been through that phase, and really enjoyed, till the inner-self started to call upon my satisfaction and happiness level.
Do what you want to do rather than what others want you to do.
After working in such big corporates , and enjoying the luxury for few years, you find yourself in a monotonous set of activity. That thing really sucks and you will start venturing out to explore new option that may give you immense pleasure and satisfaction......
well well....before you go beyond the thinking box..control your romantic passionate feeling.😉

Belive it or not, but in India, such trend has started to run through people.mind and many people turning towards Agriculture. Out of so many available options they are opting to go in the fields to get their dream fulfill. For many, it would be a drastic step, but getting back to roots is what life actually means.
Yess you heard it right, from Closed room jobs to Open fields jobs or you may say, from AC chambers to working under the sun.
A totally reversible trend that is bringing lots of high paid CEO in fields of agriculture.
Even though they do not have own farming land, but they leasing out local farmers land for practicing own farming. They mostly enjoy doing organic farming and in process started to get mini millionaires. From a fixed salary job to farming enormous wealth. This is how many shifting their lifestyle.
“I had worked in marketing and sales and was earning well, but after a point, I realised that I was doing the same thing in different organisations. I was living out of a suitcase because of all the travelling, and I was tired of the rat-race. So I decided to pursue what I love,”
This are the words of a marketing manager, who left his 16 years of corporate job to pursue his passion and now making 60 lac INR a years. Much more than what he was getting in corporate job.
A little side track, and thinking out of the box has slowly making him millionaire. He is very happy in spending time in fields close to nature and produces his organic stuffs. More importantly, he is more happier than ever. He usually produces groundnuts, wheat, turmeric, black-eyed beans, corn, pepper, mangoes, and cashews.
For sure taking such an U-turn at an important juncture of life is not easy. Shifting gear at crucial time require lot of patience and struggle. But after initial hurdles of understanding the farming concept and strong resilience, they are getting on top of the new lifestyle.
May be call them the need to have fresh and organic veggies that allow them to produce own crop. What started as little hobby from terrace gardening, is now turning openly setting up own big farm in own fields.
By doing so, they are actually giving a new dimension to Agriculture. They not only producing goods for own consumption but also turning the agriculture into a better business module.
Changing the old and unorthodox look of farming into innovative and money making business.
