When it comes to making business decisions, some of us have make one or two mistakes which literally leads to our vision (business) being killed shortly. When it comes to business making decision, be rest assured that if you make the wrong move, you will surely pay the price.

Some person still thinks that business is all about just buying and selling. Well, at some point they are right but if you want to go in details, they are wrong. They are core reason you have to know the core things needed for a business to prosper before you venture into it. Before I tell you the core things needed for a business to hit zenith, permit me to tell you the encounter I have with Mr Dave that lead to this topic.

Mr Dave is a very prominent man who is into different business. I was opportuned to come across him during a business summit he organised. When I met him, I was trying to tap from his blessing, then I used the opportunity to asked him to tell me the core things needed for a business to hit zenith.
Mr Dave look at me and laughed. He replied by letting me know I asked a very good question. He went ahead by outlining what and what I need to do if I want my business to hit zenith. They include;
- Have multiple business plan; You should first of all draft out multiple business plan. After doing that, look for the one that you have affection for, then select that business.
- Secure your start up capital: Your capital is your driving force, without it, your business plan will be nothing. The next thing after selecting your business plan is to make sure you have your capital in place.

- Target audience; If you like, have all the money in this world and set up the best business. If you don't have a good target audience, your business is on 60% rate to fail. Your target audience are the people who you know for sure loves the product you are offering.
- Business environment: Your business should be set up in a good business environment. Don't just set up your business in any locality. Good locality attracts customers too.
- Customers service: Knowing how to serve your customers properly always does the magic. If you dont know how to make your customers feels satisfied, just know that your business will surely do poorly. I remember Miss Janet story. She is that arrogant type who talks a lot and have fun insulting people. She carries this into business thinking such habit is contained in business. She now regrets her bad act after she finds out that she has no customer patronising her. You see, you need to be a sweet talker who always put on good smile despite any issue. If you know how to apply this, your business will hit zenith. Take Bankers for instant, you will always see them wearing good smile despite one or two issues. This makes their work appealing to others.

- Record; No matter how the day goes, try to always make sure you jot down day to day activities. This will help to see you keep proper record of how things goes. With this, you will be able to know if your business is doing fine or not.
Savings; This is one core aspect that is very important. We all know that savings helps to save your business from future issue. If your business encounter future problem which is normal, you can use from your savings to save it.
Attend business seminar; Don't think because you own a business, you are now the one with the best knowledge, always get motivated to have more knowledge. When you build yourself with knowledge, it will show forth in your business. So feel free to always attend business seminars.
- Make workers happy; This has proven to be one of the best selling point in business. Always make your workers happy and the impact will show in your business.
