The major pillar that holds every business is the customer base. Where there is no customers, there is no business. I have once stressed that as a business owner, the way you treat your staff will also rub off on your customers. Customers develop a bond between them and business attendants. This means that if you do not know how to keep regular staff members, you are unlikely to be able to satisfy and keep customers too.
