I just finished a 22.603km running that lasted about 1hh:35mm:48ss !

Today is the last day of this bussiness & academic year in Japan. I went out for running after work.
今日は今年度最後の日です。仕事の後、ランニングをしました。

Although the pace was not as fast as the workout of last Thursday, I managed to run 22 km at goodish pace. I think I was able to finish up this business year with a good workout. Tomorrow a new business & academic year starts. I'd like to revitalize myself to improve my running life.
先週の木曜日ほどの好ペースではありませんでしたが、なんとか22kmをいいペースで走ることができました。今年度をいいワークアウトで締めくくることができたと思います。明日からは新年度が始まるので、気分を新たにランニングライフを充実させていきたいと思います。
