I just finished a 32.75km running that lasted about 2hh:30mm:2ss !




Today I'm off, so I went out for running in the morning.

In this workout, I ran for 2.5 hours without regard to distance and pace. As the result, the distance reached 32 km and the average pace was 4'35"/km. In spite of the slowish pace, my legs got very tired in the final phase of the workout. I felt more tired than last Saturday's 32km pace running (average : 4'20"/km).

It is not easy to run well at slowish and easy pace.
