My Running Log 2020-04-07 <Japan's Delared State Of Emergency> ランニング記録2020-04-07 <緊急事態宣言>

I just finished a 22.565km running that lasted about 1hh:34mm:48ss !

This evening Japanese government has declared a state of emergency for Tokyo and 6 prefectures over the novel coronavirus outbreak. The prefectures includes Hyogo Prefecture, where I live.
今晩、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大を受けて、東京と6府県を対象に緊急事態宣言が出されました。対象の都府県には僕の住む兵庫県も含まれます。

But the declaration does not mean "lockdown" like in other countries. Services needed to keep our society going will be maintained. We are required to stay home as much as possible to avoid closed and crowded places where people have close contact. On the other hand, we are allowed to go out for shopping daily essentials, visiting hospital, commuting to work, and walking & jogging for health.
しかし、緊急事態宣言は諸外国のような都市封鎖とは異なり、社会生活の維持に必要なサービスは維持されます。密閉・密集・密接空間を避けるためにできるだけ外出を避けることが求められますが、一方で、生活必需品の購入や通院、通勤、健康維持のための散歩やジョギングのための外出は認められます。

So I went out for running after work. As I always run alone by myself and don't have contact with anyone, running poses no infection risk to me. But training in a gym is risky. So I have never go to my usual hypoxic training gym since March. I will not go to the gym for a long time in the future, too.
ということで今日も仕事の後ランニングをしました。僕はいつも一人だけで走って誰とも接触しないので、感染リスクはありません。しかしジムでのトレーニングはリスクがあるので、3月以降、一度も低酸素ジムへは行っていません。今後も当分行けそうにありません。

Today I was able to run at good pace, but I cannot be glad simply under these circumstances.
今日は好ペースで走れましたが、この状況下では単純に喜べません。
