I just finished a 17.458km running that lasted about 1hh:12mm:39ss !

Today I went out for running after work.
今日は仕事の後、ランニングをしました。

I ran 17 km in this workout. The average pace was 4'10"/km. It was the save as the previous workout on 14th. As the distance was shorter than one of the previous workout, I wanted to run at a little faster pace. But, anyway, the pace was good.
今回は17km走り、平均ペースはキロ4分10秒でした。この平均ペースは一昨日の前回ワークアウトと同じです。前回ワークアウトより距離が短いのでもう少し早いペースで走りたいところでしたが、ともかく、好ペースでした。
