I just finished a 22.692km running that lasted about 1hh:36mm:58ss !
Today is the Children's Day, which is a national holiday in Japan, and the first day of summer in East Asia. I went out for running in the morning.
今日はこどもの日、そして立夏です。朝からランニングをしました。
As with the previous workout, today's workout was also very tiring. I was not able to increase the pace enough, as my legs were already heavy in the beginning of the workout. I don't think it was because of wearing a mask, but I don't know why.
前回のワークアウトと同様、今日のワークアウトも非常にしんどかったです。序盤からすでに足が重く、十分にペースを上げることができませんでした。マスクを着用しているからではないと思いますが、なぜなのかはわかりません。
After the workout, I ate Kashiwa-mochi (rice cake wrapped in an oak leaf), which is eaten on May 5th in Japan.
