I just finished a 17.558km running that lasted about 1hh:12mm:2ss !




The Golden Week Holiday has finished yesterday in Japan. I returned to work today, and went out for running after work.

Also today I ran with wearing a mask. It was not hot, the temperature was below 20 ℃. Perhaps because of that, I was able to run 17 km at good pace. The average pace was 4'04"/km. I might have been able to run at even better pace, if I had not worn a mask.
