I just finished a 33.144km running that lasted about 2hh:23mm:2ss !

Today is working Saturday for me. I went out for running after work. Also today I ran with wearing a mask as usual.
今日は土曜勤務だったので、仕事の後、ランニングをしました。今日もいつものようにマスクをして走りました。

Last weekend I was not able to complete 30km running, as I became too exhausted to continue the workout. So today I don't try too hard. Although the wind was strong and it started raining a little at the middle of the workout, I managed to complete 33km running. The average pace was 4'19"/km. I'm very tired, but feel contented.
先週末はしんどくなって30km走り切ることができなかったので、今日は無理をしないようにしました。風が強く、途中から小雨も降ってきましたが、なんとか33km走り切ることができました。平均ペースはキロ4分19秒。とても疲れましたが、満足しています。
