I just finished a 11.434km running that lasted about 0hh:47mm:7ss !

Today I went out for running after work. With a mask, as usual.
今日は仕事の後、ランニングをしました。いつも通り、マスクランです。

Today we had rain off and on all day. I didn't want make my main shoes "Mizuno Wave Emperor"get wet in the rain, so I used "Adizero Japan" in this workout. And I decided to run only about 10 km to finish the workout before the rain would turn heavy.
今日は一日中雨が降ったりやんだりでした。メインのシューズのWave Emperorが雨に濡れるのは嫌なので、今回はAdizero Japanを履きました。さらに雨が本降りになる前にワークアウトを終了するために10kmほどだけ走ることにしました。

Fortunately I had only a little rain during the workout. But it was too humid to run comfortably.
幸い、ワークアウトの間は小雨しか降りませんでした。しかし湿度が高すぎて気持ちよく走ることはできませんでした。
