I just finished a 22.791km running that lasted about 1hh:35mm:16ss !

Today I went out for running after work. With a mask, as usual.
今日は仕事の後、ランニングをしました。いつも通りマスクランです。

The pace was so-so good, but, far more good was VO2max. The estimated VO2max in this workout was 66.2 ml/kg/min. As the result, the predicted time of full marathon was estimated to be 2:49'44". It was below 2:50' at the first time.
ペースはまあまあよかったですが、それ以上によかったのはVO2maxです。今回のワークアウトの推定VO2maxは66.2 ml/kg/分でした。その結果、フルマラソンの予想タイムが2時間49分44秒と算定されました。はじめて2時間50分を下回りました。
