I just finished a 22.67km running that lasted about 1hh:35mm:56ss !




Today I went out for running after work. It was very hot, so the workout was very hard.

In Japan, today is "Doyo-no-Ushi-no-Hi", which means "the Ox Day during the Soil Weeks". Ox is one of the twelve signs of the oriental zodiac, and Soil is one of the five elements in oriental thought. It is customary for Japanese to eat an eel on the day. I also ate a bowl of rice topped with eel after the workout.
