I just finished a 15.656km running that lasted about 1hh:7mm:42ss !

Today I ran 15 km after work. After 10 km pace running, I jogged 4 km, and then put on a spurt last 1.6km. As the result of today's workout, my monthly running distance has reached 300 km.
