dannewton just finished a 6.09km run, that lasted for 38 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 649.4 calories.

Description from Strava: Had to be a quick run tonight. I finished work late and so I ended up getting the later bus home. And I've a got a few jobs that need sorting tonight.

But I was determined to squeeze a run in somewhere. I got home, and got changed and immediately headed back outside. I decided to run down the hill towards town, and at the bottom of the hill I turned and headed straight back up it to head home.

6km... job done, now I can crack on.

Besides I'm working from home on Wednesday, so I'll be finished at 5 and have plenty of time to fit in a longer run

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
