The UI is very much needing an upgrade. I've got a new beta-site that looks better, but needs a bit more updating. Been sitting that way for a while, because I'm easily distracted by my day-job.
I've actually chatted w/ you from my personal account (@mstafford) a time or two (I think I was picking your brain about some tips for setting up HiveMind or something like that -- but didn't really end up digging into it), and have found a couple of your posts / blogs quite useful.
