I just finished a 8.207km running that lasted about 1hh:6mm:37.86399999999958ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was hot and humid at 29 degree celsius in my hometown. I ran 8km at easy pace in my neighborhood and called it a day. Since it is still a partial lockdown in my country, its better to run outside rather than at the park for safety purposes.
