Got a nice short and sharp run in this morning to kickstart the weekend. Trainings been a little limited due to a couple hectic months at work, but still seeing improvements even with the two runs a week.
Rested last week due to bit of a niggle in the leg, felt good today. One more longer run to come before I give the Gold Coast half marathon a nudge in a few weeks.
