I just finished a 7.752km running that lasted about 0hh:40mm:25ss !
1mile warm up followed by 3 lots of hills, 30 second rest, 3 more rounds of hills, 30 seconds rest, 2 last hills. Run up, recover down. I was wheezing on every single one but what doesn’t kill you makes you run stronger! 💪
