I just finished a 27.077km cycling that lasted about 1hh:17mm:33ss !
I needed to be in the office today, so tried out a new route someone told me about. It was definitely off the main roads so made sure there were not as many stops in traffic lights. Not sure how much time it saved me but was a lot easier constantly moving.
The ride was actually calm and not rainy which has been a nice change from the weather we have been getting lately. My run last night didn't end up to be as hard as what I had planned so I was not as tired as what I normally am riding in on a Wednesday.
