Running on Hills under a blazing Sun

I just finished a 9.556km running that lasted about 0hh:49mm:33ss !

It's starting to get harder to go for running these days, although I have tried to leave the house late, around 7:30 PM, the sun was still high, shining and heating up strongly.

The temperature was still around 27 degrees Celsius and the humidity high.

However, I felt strong and with a lot of energy, surely because I have rested well these last two days after my long run on Saturday.
During my run, I have combined asphalt areas with soil paths.

I have crossed forests and bushes until I reached the top of the hill.

Then, I did a downhill run at a fairly good pace, looking for the shortest way so as not to get home too late.

Keep on running!

You have uploaded 160 running activities, and 47 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 47 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 450.94 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:04 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.185min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
