Will humankind ever learn to live in peace and harmony? If we look at the history we can change the subject considering the rivers of blood spilled between wars, feuds, murders, revenges... So why man is so prone to conflict, to the lust for power, to subdue others. How much responsibility can be attributed to the immense ego that rumbles through the meanders of the human soul with deafening myself that elevate the individual above the common good. And how much is attributable to the bewilderment due to mortality, that flattens and erases everything, fomenting actions and deeds to leave a sign of oneself, that goes beyond the limited duration of existence and reverberates over the centuries.

Il genere umano imparerà mai a vivere in pace ed armonia? Se guardiamo alla storia possiamo pure cambiare argomento visto i fiumi di sangue versati tra guerre, faide, assassini, vendette... Allora perché l'uomo è così incline al conflitto, alla brama del potere, a sottomettere gli altri. Quanta responsabilità è attribuibile all'ego smisurato che rimbomba tra i meandri dell'animo umano con assordanti IO, che innalzano il singolo al di sopra del bene comune. E quanto e imputabile allo smarrimento dovuto alla mortalità, che tutto appiana e cancella, fomentando azioni e gesta per lasciare un segno del proprio nome, che travalichi la limitata durata dell'esistenza e si riverberi nei secoli.
