O obverso mostra sete sabres, dispostos radialmente em torno do centro da moeda e conectados com um anel. Nele está escrito circularmente "Primeira Medalha Olímpica 1912". A inscrição "RUDOLF CVETKO" está escrita na borda superior esquerda.
