It is necessary not to be trapped in the moment of adversity

It is very difficult to act calmly when adversity overwhelms us, however, if we can learn to comply with 3 simple steps (calm down, analyze, act) will allow us to get out of the stagnation in which we are trapped.

Life and time combine at certain times to make us feel that time stands still or that it passes very quickly, in turn also makes us get trapped in a present time reality, in which we do not manage to get out because our ability to analyze does not go beyond being able to concentrate on the same problem that does not let us move forward.

What can we do to avoid being trapped?

Logically if we panic it could be worse, in case we get nervous, the best thing to do would be to calm down, for this we can enter into a meditation that makes us conclude that why worry if we do not gain anything.

Once we are relaxed we can analyze what is best for us, we can generate the appropriate environment to obtain various proposals that make us choose the one that best suits us in relation to our problems and the tools we have for that moment.

If we know what to do, then what remains is to act under a short time and simple plan, that one that allows us to leave unharmed in a short time, it seems simple, and it really is, as long as we can maintain the optimism to move forward and not be trapped in the time of an adversity that seems insurmountable.
