Self-deception, Trap design of our mind to postpone our activities?

Greetings again my dear friends of this prestigious platform, if we start to detail our list of daily activities, then, we would think at all times in a constant action not to be out of step with the development of the same, and not let our tasks accumulate, of course, in these tasks must be all that time of recreation necessary for our essential emotional balance.

Many times we can fall into some mental traps that we can consider as self-deceptions with the purpose of somehow justifying the development of one or all of our activities at the same time, there are responsibilities that deserve our attention and postponing their realization can generate a focus of stress that can become unstoppable.

In that we must be very attentive because the least we want is to be the cause of our own stress, therefore, it is necessary to break some of these mental traps that we can reproduce to self-deception and not the initial step in certain activity to perform, the important thing is to get adequate rest to sleep at night and to wake up with the energy needed to block any mental trap that makes us postpone an activity.

We can say that we are our own witnesses when sometimes we are able to postpone even the hours we should dedicate to our healthy recreation, when this happens to us we must pay close attention because this triggers other events that will make us remain in a constant mental self-deception to leave for later what we have to do every day or in due time.

Many are the keys used by our mind at the moment of designing a trap that tries to justify the beginning of an activity or task, for example, to be able to rest and sleep more hours because we convince ourselves that we have not slept enough, sometimes this can happen to us, but not all the time, otherwise we must repair this imbalance by sleeping at night and resume our rhythm of development of our activities.

Sometimes we make the mistake of thinking that we work better under pressure because in this way we demand more, what we achieve is to play with our emotional balance which we must take care of at all times, sometimes we find it hard to start because we are afraid of failure and if this happens to us sometimes we must decide to start as soon as possible to get rid of this fear of failure, and that it is not a reason to postpone everything.

The indecisions are part of our life, and we must see it as that in order not to place it as one of our own mental traps, all the possible causes analyzed here I have lived them just like you, and this will always be this way, what depends on us is our willpower to not let ourselves be submitted by these mental traps and to come out in the realization of each of our activities in the best possible way, since not everything will be perfect but not everything will be impossible to carry out.

When I read your post title, I immediately debuted to read, really many times we deceive ourselves, saying that if we are going to do things in a while or tomorrow and in the end we end up wasting our time in an impressive way and we do not do what we should do, this is a great reality that we live each of us the truth.
