And even after explaining the same thing over and over, he still asked questions, the same ones, with the same confused expression.
Oh man I hung up on a guy from IKEA the other day as he keep saying uh uh, yes yes yes, and not actually understanding what I said. By the time I explained it for the third time I was so angry I told him I'll call back and speak to someone who could understand basic things. It might have been rude of me but it was his JOB to help me and if he couldn't understand me he should have admitted it. Part of the problem is we have a lot of people from other countries working in call centres and their English isn't always as great as it should be. This isn't a general issue but when it's about communicating with the public....

Honestly, situations like this test everyone's patience. It's really frustrating when you’re already tired or stressed and the person meant to help just isn’t following what you’re saying. You weren’t rude honestly, I wouldn’t put up with such either. Lol. I guess you were just exhausted and needed the issue handled properly.
And btw, I actually enjoyed reading the rant :D
