I just illustrate a kid girl character, wishing us for a happy week Hehe.

Software I used :
Adobe Illustrator 2019 for character illustration
Adobe Photoshop 2020 for Arc designed text
Steps :
Below you can check step-wise images of my working
Start with a Circle and face shape using Pen tool
Trying to give her a good hair style using Pencil Tool
Add eyes, nose etc to her
Illustrate a lower body of kid
Create/illustrate one arm and mirror it and set on other side
Coloured my drawing
Add tongue and start on her shirt. Put lines to show fingers and designed shoe a little
