The good thing about open source software is that it is possible to improve upon someone else's mess without having to start from scratch. Most Linux distributions are only partially open source. Linuxfx 11 is not any different. If there is sufficient demand, some developers will eventually make something even better. .

I know about Wine. I used it many times on Ubuntu Linux and on Linux Mint, but it does not always look the same as a real Windows.
