Kraków delivered.
This was our biggest edition in the city so far — the highest number of exhibitors we’ve ever hosted here, the largest and most fitting space we’ve worked with (a palace, no less), and, since we now use tickets as a clear metric, around 2,000 visitors came through the doors. A record in Kraków - Guess what? In future we want to implement it with HBD tokens - we are aiming small but the idea is simple - come pay for the ticket (if you over 26 years old) or claim your Hive account with us, check in with (do your first post) and get some HBD and exchange it for the ticket.
The response has been overwhelming. We’re hearing so many warm words from artists and visitors alike. They praise the space, the atmosphere, the growing scale of the fair — and more personally, our organization and the clear progress YAF has made. From the way it looks, to the way it works, to the results it brings — it’s obvious we’ve stepped up. The Video below sums it up :
This video has been posted all across different social media and had great engagement on our IG almost 15k and still counting.
Also we had first Hive visitor @gtg , ( btw Visitors with Hive account and over 40+ reputation have free entrance )
We also see what needs fixing, and that’s exciting too. The music wasn’t heard evenly across the entire space, which created an uneven vibe. We already know how to solve this, and we’ll make it happen for the next Kraków edition — which coming in another few weeks, in the same palace. Also, one of the rooms (a long corridor-shaped space) was less lively compared to the central halls. We’ve got an idea how to change that, maybe even expanding the overall footprint of the fair. It’s still a secret, but stay tuned.

So yes — Kraków was a success, a big one. But it’s not the finish line. It’s proof that we’re building strong foundations here in the city of our origin, which is both emotionally rewarding and strategically vital. From this base, we can reach further.
