The time has come to place the purchase order since sports continue to fall.

    I agree, the best time to buy is when it's down, not up like so many people like to do. Everything here is a long term play so if you like a concept and think it can get developed into a good community down the road, buy them when they're cheap. Sure would have been nice to pick up a few thousand LEO at 3 cents, right? :-)
