Greetings to all HIVERS! From the HIVESICIANS Community we feel incredibly happy for the amount of love we have received on our arrival; we have only 5 days since the official launch of the project through the following introductory post and we haven't stopped growing, there are so many people who are already posting their new content within our community and we can only thank them and make a special mention of them, which you will see below in this post.
Today we want to show you our statistics in our first 5 days of activity, so that you can share with us the happiness of supporting and accompanying the growth of each author who makes life within our community.

Desde la Comunidad HIVESICIANS nos sentimos increíblemente felices por la cantidad de cariño que hemos recibido en nuestra llegada; tenemos apenas 5 días desde el lanzamiento oficial del proyecto a través del siguiente post introductorio y no hemos parado de crecer, hay tantas personas que ya están posteando su nuevo contenido dentro de nuestra comunidad y no podemos hacer más que agradecerles y hacerles una mención especial, la cuál verán a continuación en este post.
Hoy les queremos mostrar nuestras estadísticas en nuestros primeros 5 días de actividad, para que compartan con nosotros la felicidad de apoyar y acompañar en el crecimiento de cada autor que hace vida dentro de nuestra comunidad.

We started with only about 5 subscribers the first day and had to wait until the second day to see the first post (not from our founder @ilazramusic) in the community, however, the wait was totally worth it, because now we have 45 subscribers and almost $170 in outstanding rewards in posts of different types and styles.
Comenzamos con apenas unos 5 suscriptores el primer día y tuvimos que esperar hasta el segundo día para ver el primer post (que no fuera de nuestro fundador @ilazramusic) en la comunidad, sin embargo, la espera valió totalmente la pena, porque ahora contamos con 45 suscriptores y casi $170 en recompensas pendientes en posts de diferentes tipos y estilos.
We have a variety of authors in the community and the average reward per post is $8 in HIVE rewards; this has brought us a chain effect of motivation that makes more and more creators bet on our space made especially for the dissemination of their content.
Of course, this wouldn't be possible without one of the people that we're totally happy to have as a subscriber and main curator of the community's publications:

Every day, from the @hivesicians account, we try to leave an organic commentary in support of the artists and music creators within the platform, so they can know about our existence and become part of the community.
We don't have automatic messages, everything is done manually so as not to lose that human warmth in the interactions, which allows us to make an effective communication in order to reach the users in a more affective way and achieve the task of making them bet on the community and start using it to upload their next contents.
Cada día, desde la cuenta @hivesicians, intentamos dejar un comentario orgánico de apoyo a los artistas y creadores musicales dentro de la plataforma, para que puedan saber de nuestra existencia y formar parte de la comunidad.
No tenemos mensajes automáticos, todo se hace netamente manual para no perder ese calor humano en las interacciones, cosa que nos permite realizar una comunicación eficaz para poder llegar a los usuarios de forma más afectiva y lograr el cometido de que apuesten por la comunidad y comiencen a utlizarla para subir sus contenidos próximos.
Our Discord Server | Nuestro Servidor de Discord
Our Discord server is organized by roles, each role depends on the type of musical work that each person does, in addition to some particular roles of people who are not necessarily musicians but can provide support to the community by curating content.
Among the roles are: Musician, Singer, Composer, Producer (Music Producer), DJ, Sound Engineer, Music Host (external initiatives), Allied Communities (external projects that support us), Curator (from any community).
We have several channels where musicians can interact among themselves, get to know each other, we have links to the social networks of the web 2.0 and also three types of promotion channels: for written posts, for 3Speakers and for DTubers so as not to agglomerate all that type of content and to give correct visibility to each one.
Nuestro servidor de Discord está organizado por roles, cada rol depende del tipo de trabajo musical que realice cada persona, además de algunos roles particulares de personas que no necesariamente son músicos pero pueden aportarle un apoyo a la comunidad curando contenido.
Entre los roles están: Músico, Cantante, Compositor, Productor (Productor Musical), DJ, Ingeniero de Sonido, Host Musical (iniciativas externas), Comunidades Aliadas (Proyectos externos que nos respaldan), Curador (de cualquier comunidad).
Tenemos varios canales donde los músicos pueden interactuar entre ellos, conocerse, tenemos enlaces a las redes sociales de la web 2.0 y además tres tipos de canales de promoción: de post escritos, de 3Speakers y de DTubers para no aglomerar todo ese tipo de contenido y por darle visibilidad correcta a cada uno.
Currently we have 25 members in our Discord, of which 50% are always active, although at different times during the day.
Every day we are looking to invite a couple of people to come alive and bring their content close to the community
In a future post we will be showing the first posts in a healing report we have made, as we will be creating the comments to inform the authors that they have been selected for the report.
Actualmente tenemos 25 miembros en nuestro Discord, de los cuáles el 50% está siempre activo, aunque en horarios diversos durante el día.

Supporting the content posted in the Tribe: By placing comments within the publications posted in the HIVESICIANS Tribe, you generate interactions that are counted in the community, those numbers are important to call the attention of big curators (whales).
Spread the word about HIVESICIANS: You may not have musical content in your planning, but you can support creators by spreading their content or inviting musical creators you know who are not posting in the community to do so by sending them this link ---> HIVESICIANS Tribe.
