Hello Hive,

Meats are essential parts of our daily cookings and eatings. We need meats in every meals we eat every day all around the globe. Sometime, one person may decide to eat as many lumbs of meats in a single meal as three or even more than that.

This is a sloter market where cows, goats are killed everyday and people come to buy for any purpose of their choices.




Meats are eaten in many ways to satisfy our cravings, As I'm about to list out here.

WAYS WE CAN ENJOY OUR LUMBS OF MEATS

Well cooked meat with quality and sizeable ingredients are my best I so much love goat meat.

we can also eat our lumbs of meat by any forms and manners best for us, as we truly love them.

As fried meat

As the type we know and refer to as pepper Soup

In our stews to be eaten with white cooked rice

In our Nigerian jellof well cooked rice, here we need to fry the meat, for a perfect tasting results.

In Soups of all kinds with the swallows of our choices

like what we know and called suya in my country, Nigeria, these are roasted lumbs of meats on fire with some added tasty ingredients. Mostly done by the Hausa Tribes in the Northern part of my country, Nigeria

The grilled meat
These are some choiced parts of the portions of the meat, grilled with additional ingredients to make them come out tasty.

The fried meats, these are done by frying some cooked meats in a deep hot oil, with some ingredients till the colour becomes brown

The oven fried meat
This is when you add spices of your choice plus salt to taste, then fry in the oven of your gas cooker.

Air fryer fries some meats for us in this era

Fried meats are gotten from some parts of animals body parts. Either cow meat, lamb meat, bush meat, goat meat or any other kind of animal's meat as one chooses to enjoy with either family or friends.

One can as well enjoy eating meat alone, just to give yourself a quality treat, that's loving your own self.

There are many ways and manners we love or choose to enjoy our meats. And this is done daily as the case maybe. The reality remains, that we humans love eating meats everywhere in the world.

That's sure and certainly true. Some people I know may even not want to eat a meal in the absence of some lumbs of meats.

In Nigeria my country, many people love to eat only the intestines of animals, for example cows, cooking it as pepper sauce with quality spices and seasonings it will then come out prettly perfect tasting so fine, and such is eaten while very hot from the fire.

BENEFITS OF EATING MEATS

Eating some lumbs of sizeable meats from your meals is acceptable because meats are proteinous to our bodies like grains of beans is to our bodies too.
Some meats intake some times, help to repair and rebuild our bodies moreover when we have some scars or wounds in our bodies due to some unexpected conditions.

We really need to eat some quality meat parts to regain our bodies faster and refreshing when we're coming out from certain sicknesses or recovering from surgery or some other deadly sicknesses that had ravaged our perfect health as an adult or even children.

Giving some lumbs of meats to growing children help them have most needed body elements essential for quality and perfect growth in all areas of their bodies. Thereby, helping their brains balancing and they become intelligent children in all aspects of growth in their lives.

THE NEGATIVE SIDES OF CONSTANT MEAT EATING IN ADULTS
As a full grown adults, advice has it that from a fully grown ages of our lives, we should either minimize the practice of eating meats more often but rather eat fishes or we totally stop meat eating. Because eating too much meat at a fully grown ages could result into some other diseases we know or do not know their names or even some of these diseases are incurable.

Eating meats to a higher dimensions can cause heart attack, can cause death, can cause as well fibroids in some women. Someone told me.....!

It's very adviceable that as a fully grown adults, we resort to eating more grains, vegetables and fruits so as to build up some worn out body tissues for us to rejuvenate our bodies from inside out, looking much younger than our ages instead of packing lumbs of meats into our bodies to destroy our bodies.










Let's try and be careful about what we eat at all times so that we can sustain our lives and live healthy and perfect natural lives.

Interesting update.For me,moderation is key.Like you said it better to take more of veggies, fruits and whole grain for balance especially when one is above 40.

Prevention is far more better than cure.

Yes that's always the advice from nutritionists, they know much about human health, we have to abide by it, l know most times our cravings and likes does not agree with our body maintenance and balancing.

I have heard of that Slaughter before and I'm very sure they sell the meat quite cheap

Yeah, but you have to be there very early as soon as the animals are being slaughtered shared by sellers who will now sell to buyers, but they are cheaper than maybe in other markets.

Indeed meats can be eaten in various ways and forms depending on choice.
The grilled form is healthiest.

I'm glad you mentioned the part that older adults should sparingly eat meat or avoid it completely.
Fish is best for adults like us

Meats are good sources of protein, but it should be rationed with veggies

Yes of course, and I pened such down in my blog. More vegetables, fruits, fishes, grains and a little addition of red meats, you may not totally avoid meat but seriously minimize red meat intake is my message....

In as much as I love eating meat I try as much as I can to avoid red meat

Yes,
It is said that red meat is dangerous at a certain age of our lives,

you can mix it up. Like sometimes a very little quantity, then fish and others, that is how I combine them.
