Ésta semana le tocó venir a mi casa, la recibimos con mucho entusiasmo y empatía, ella habla más de su niñez y juventud que de su vida actual, a mí me gusta escucharta gracias a ello me e enterado que de muchas cosas que todos ignorabamos de su niñez, tuvo una vida

Cuándo está en mi casa me gusta tenerla activa, ejercitar su mente, siempre estoy preguntando por su nombre completo, número de cédula, nombre de los hijos, de los vecinos, a cada rato le pregunto el nro de cédula, se lo aprende lo repite 2 o 3 veces y se le vuelve a olvidar.
Constante está preguntando algo , que le hemos repetido varias veces,

En circunstancias como estás, los cuidadores o familiares, debemos tener mucha paciencia, mantener la calma, ser empaticos y tolerantes para que nuestro ser querido con éste tipo de enfermedad (demencia senil o Alzheimer) se sienta comprendido y protegido.
Según los estudios médicos no tiene demencia senil niAlzheimer, pero si es algo muy similar, olvida muy rápido todo.
Pero es una señora independiente en cuento a su aseo y arreglo personal, no se le olvida comer ni tomar agua.
No las estamos turniando, cada semana está en una casa diferente de un hijo, también una semana le toca en su propia casa,eso lo hacemos por recomendación médica.
Hay días que está normal con todos y su olvidos, cómo también hay días que se muestra muy inquieta e imperativa con ganas de volver para su casa.
Pero siempre me siento satisfecha con la ayuda y los cuidados que le ofresco

Que lindo, la gente mayor siempre necesitan cuidado, lleva tiempo y esfuerzo pero eso no es nada cuando los ves sonrientes y felices.
