In the middle of each country there are some nice and eye-catching installations, with which the people of that country try to express their feelings and love. In many ways, he travels to different places at different times and retains some different experiences in his own memory. In fact, the people of every region have some wonderful installations to be proud of.
However, the people of our country are not very wealthy at all, a part of our country's annual budget is still dependent on foreign aid. But still we do not stop, the relentless effort to realize our dreams and aspirations continues. Because of man can only reflect his dreams and aspirations when his efforts are done sincerely. Just like that, an excellent installation was made in our country in 2004.
Until the establishment of this facility called Bashundhara City Shopping Complex, the rich people of our country used to travel abroad every year to enjoy shopping. Where most of the people in our country could not do that, due to which the common people lacked an unknown satisfaction. But after this shopping center, there was a lot of excitement, a lot of attraction among the common people.

I go there almost all the time with family and enjoy the times immensely. The construction strategy of the shopping mall in particular fascinates me. Especially the beautiful design of the exterior, the more beautiful the aesthetic design of the interior and the location of the shops. In fact, every time I visited this shopping mall, I was fascinated and looked around in amazement. Honestly I am not just for shopping, but also to enjoy its scenic architecture.

However, let's take a look at its installations, what is in this shopping mall-
- The construction of this huge shopping center with modern design started in 1998,
- The shopping center was opened to the public in 2004 with a glittering ceremony,
- More than 100 million has been spent on the construction of this large shopping center.
- There are 2600 shops space in this 21-stores shopping mall,
- About 50,000 people visit this attractive shopping mall every day,
- This shopping center has a total parking capacity of 1200 cars.
- Ground floors 2, shopping center up to 8th floor and the rest various business offices.

In fact, such a huge shopping center is not just a dream of the common people of our country, but more than that. Proof of which is the presence of a large number of people every day. There is a kind of smile of satisfaction on the faces of the people present, which people come here again and again to see.

There are beautifully designed escalators around each floor, which will fascinate you and make you interested in traveling on each floor. Kids especially enjoy this escalator. But there are adequate security measures around, which will always keep you free from fear. There is a lift system around the market, and the additional attraction is the capsule lift. It's a nice feeling to see the outside view through the transparent glass.

There is a huge space for children so that they can indulge in various sports including sports. There are food corners with huge space, there is a combination of food from different countries of the world. There is also a cineplex for watching movies in a nice environment, which will make your feelings more colorful.

But what struck me most was the colorful dome at the top along the center of the shopping center. Its nice bright lights make it even more attractive after dusk. This huge dome will attract your attention. To be honest, the excellent architectural style and the shape of its structure really make us very happy, because its architect was a Bangladeshi. I just tried to express it with my feelings.

The design of Basundhara City has done by architect Palash and his team Vistara. The reason I know because I did a case study on this project before opening it for the public. The full height space which is known as Atrium is always my favorite space. Thanks, brother for sharing this beautiful example of the steel structure with us.

Hello @hafizullah, welcome to Architecture + Design Community! When I think about designing shopping complexes as big as this is, so much goes into designing them.
There are the exterior shell and its auxiliary areas with a massive service/storage/delivery zone that the public is unaware of and how everything is planned and in sync with the mall's operations.
Apart from that, there is also the management and control of the designs of each retail outlet to adhere to the mall's standards and proper merchandising. Retail architecture is another beast of its own and we're glad you shared the first type here.

Designing and building a massive commercial complex like the Bashundhara City Shopping Mall is not an easy task! It involves a huge amount of time and a large team of architects, designers, engineers, contractors, etc. in achieving that marvelous project. This is a massive high rise shopping centre @hafizullah, looks beautiful too! We're used to large sprawling shopping centres usually either on one level or average around three levels, but I would say the architects did very well with this design in accommodating so many shops! Nice blog my friend.
