Muy feliz de estar nuevamente en esta hermosa ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨: . Compartiendo otras bellas imágenes de las construcciones de época de ¨Ushuaia¨; En post anteriores le comente que esta ciudad está ubicada en el sur de mi país ¨Argentina¨; Una ciudad pesquera que conserva intacta las edificaciones de época, y se encargan a la perfección en dar a conocer las historias de algunas de las propiedades que pertenecían a personas influyentes. Aunque debo admitir, si nos enfocamos en conocer la historia de la arquitectura de estas destacadas propiedades, ellas por si misma dejan ver el estilo de construcción, quienes las construyeron, los materiales que se utilizaron en las construcciones, y estilo a que pertenecen. Esto es lo que más me gusta de esta comunidad, nos permite poder compartir nuestra pasión por la arquitectura, y las edificaciones de época de nuestras ciudades; Muy agradecido con nuestros amigos @storiesoferne @aplusd por la genial idea de crear este espacio para quienes amamos la arquitectura; En función a esto, establezco el 15 % de la recaudación del post en beneficio de mi comunidad ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨:

Very happy to be back in this beautiful ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨: . Sharing other beautiful images of the period constructions of ¨Ushuaia¨; In previous posts I told you that this city is located in the south of my country "Argentina"; A fishing town that preserves its period buildings intact, and they are perfectly in charge of revealing the stories of some of the properties that belonged to influential people. Although I must admit, if we focus on knowing the history of the architecture of these outstanding properties, they by themselves reveal the style of construction, who built them, the materials used in the constructions, and the style to which they belong. ¨Ushuaia¨ in a small town built on the waters of the ¨Beagle Channel¨ : Its coquettish and colorful period buildings capture the attention of all people who love architecture, and know how to appreciate the quality in which they were built; The small details stand out and make them unique, incomparable and impossible not to appreciate. This is a city that lives from tourism, therefore they strive to offer visitors tours of properties that were part of the city's history.

Las tres propiedades más significativas de la historia local, fueron restauradas y reubicadas en un sector privilegiado de la ciudad; Un lugar por donde pasan o deberían pasar todas las personas que visitan esta hermosa bahía; La ubicación estrategia de estas propiedades, hace que sea imposible no verlas si visitas ¨Ushuaia¨; En cada una de estas propiedades difunden toda la información que hace una propiedad única, y rica para la historia de la península; Esta ubicación es muy conocida y tiene como fin dar un paseo por la representación del ¨pueblo¨¨originario¨

Esta propiedad es una con mucha historia; Es conocida como ¨la casa Beban¨: Nombrada así por el apellido su primer propietario; Lo curioso de la construcción, es que esta se mandó hacer en otro país, y se trajo en barco a la ciudad. Su inconfundible estilo de construcción, deja ver que fueron manos ¨suecas¨ quienes se ocuparon de la exquisita construcción; Fue por muchos años una casa familiar, pero con el correr de los años se utilizó en muchos rubros comerciales; En la actualidad funciona como ¨Casa¨ de la ¨Cultura¨

This property is one with a long history; It is known as ¨la casa Beban¨: Named after the last name of its first owner; The curious thing about the construction is that it was ordered to be done in another country, and was brought to the city by ship. Its unmistakable style of construction shows that it was "Swedish" hands who took care of the exquisite construction; For many years it was a family home, but over the years it was used in many commercial areas; It currently functions as the "House" of "Culture"

Estas dos edificaciones de épocas también fueron restauradas y ubicas en el lugar, para ayudar a representar a la ¨vieja¨¨ciudad¨. Las dos propiedades fueron de personas que tuvieron que ver con la historia de ¨Ushuaia¨; Una perteneció a la ¨familia¨¨Pena¨; Una casa de familia donde vivieron por muchos años; Luego paso por muchos organismos del estado, en la actualidad funciona un ¨museo¨. Estas hermosas construcciones de épocas son el ¨patrimonio¨ de la ¨Arquitectura¨ de esta ciudad del sur, un pueblo pesquero que fue evolucionando con el paso del tiempo, hasta convertirse en esta hermosa ciudad de mi suelo argentino.
