Disfrutar de la ciudad sin prisa, caminar sin estrés, tranquilo y relajado, paseando, observando, disfrutando la creación Divina y admirando el ingenio de los seres humanos que edifican y transforman los espacios, para hacerlos mas confortables para la vida, contribuye a alinear los sentidos dejando una agradable vivencia espiritual. La verdad es que muchos arquitectos y diseñadores saben atrapar el espíritu del lugar o el sentido del lugar, como dice el reciente post de nuestro amigo Erne @storisoferne y el cual les invito a leer
Genius Loci Es un honor para mi iniciar este sencillo post con esta cita de la reciente publicación de mi amigo Erne @storisoferne

Hay una variedad de espacios que se sienten cómodos y dan una impresión acogedora mientras que otros tienden a empujarnos desde el borde de una montaña cayendo al fondo. Algunos hábitats también tienden a emanar calidez y a abrazarnos con seguridad y refugio. fin de la cita.

Enjoy the city without rushing, walking without stress, calm and relaxed, walking, observing, enjoying Divine creation and admiring the ingenuity of human beings who build and transform spaces, to make them more comfortable for life, contributes to aligning the senses leaving a pleasant spiritual experience. Sentarse solo o acompañado en una plaza pública a ver la vida pasar o a conversar hace que el disfrute sea mejor. Abstraerse con el paisaje natural o artificial, con la gente, con los vehículos, con las edificaciones; en fin, con tantas cosas que te pueden distraer, hace que pases un rato agradable, libre de los ajetreos diarios y la presión de un entorno, a veces, hostil, que está por todos lados, que perturba y contamina.

Sitting alone or with someone in a public square to watch life go by or to talk makes the enjoyment better. La plaza Isabel La Católica, de planta circular con 75 m de diámetro, constituye el corazón de la urbanización La Castellana. Esta rodeada de edificios de oficina y comercios en sus plantas bajas, que se relacionan con ella a través de plataformas y terrazas con cafés al aire libre desde las cuales se percibe la plaza. Este espacio publico divide la avenida principal de la urbanización La Castellana en dos partes, desde ella hacia el sur (hasta la avenida Francisco de Miranda) se desarrollan con mayor fuerza los terrenos con edificios de oficinas, hoteles, comercios y restaurantes, con una isla central sembrada de laureles matapalos de copas amplias.

Isabel La Católica Place, with a circular plan with a diameter of 75 m, constitutes the heart of the La Castellana urbanization. It is surrounded by office buildings and shops on its ground floors, which are related to it through platforms and terraces with outdoor cafes from which you can see the square. This public space divides the main avenue of the La Castellana urbanization into two parts, from it to the south (to Francisco de Miranda avenue) the land with office buildings, hotels, shops and restaurants is developed with greater force, with an island plant planted with wide-crowned matapalo laurels.

La Plaza Isabel La Católica es el centro de recreación de la Castellana, es un sitio de encuentro para la cultura y actividades recreativas. También ha sido sitio de concentración en eventos políticos. En la Plaza los árboles grandes dan mucha sombra y algunos dan frutos, como el árbol de mango que en la actualidad esta en su temporada productiva, regalando a los peregrinos un rico y delicioso fruto, lo que hace el lugar acogedor, ideal para sentarse con amigos, familiares, conocidos o con tu pareja a disfrutar momentos de amor sublime como el que viví recientemente con mi esposa, por cierto, el árbol de mangos fue muy generoso con ella y le obsequió el mejor de sus frutos.

Place Isabel La Católica is the recreation center of La Castellana, it is a meeting place for culture and recreational activities. It has also been a gathering place for political events. In the Plaza the large trees provide a lot of shade and some bear fruit, such as the mango tree that is currently in its productive season, giving pilgrims a rich and delicious fruit, which makes the place cozy, ideal to sit with friends, family, acquaintances or with your partner to enjoy moments of sublime love like the one I recently lived with my wife, by the way, the mango tree was very generous with her and gave her the best of its fruits.

NOTA AL CIERRE DE ESTA PUBLICACIÓN: Estando en la Plaza Isabel la Católica de La Castellana, mi esposa y yo recordamos que mi hermana Zoraida Milano y mi cuñado Reinaldo Risquez, antes de irse a vivir a la Ciudad de Puebla, México, nos invitaron a una función de teatro en una de las salas de Teatro del Bod, ubicado en la Torre del mismo nombre. Después de la función nos invitaron a almorzar en el Restaurante Nona Mia, el cual está exactamente al frente de la plaza. Con el permiso de ustedes voy a publicarles algunas fotografías del interior de la Torre Bod y del Restaurante. Las fotografías fueron tomadas el 16 de junio de 2019. After the performance we were invited to have lunch at the Nona Mia Restaurant, which is exactly in front of the square.
