The work was supervised by engineer Cipriano Lucica, who allowed me to publish it on the social network of Hive.blog. Unfortunately I could not be present in the work, because, I find myself overseeing a remodel, God willing, I will be publishing it around here.
[ESP] REPARANDO LA EDIFICACIÓN "CASA SINDICAL" QUE ES AFECTADA POR PROBLEMAS DE HUMEDAD.
Buenas, espero tengan un excelente día, estuve sin publicar contenido por mucho tiempo debido a que me encuentro trabajando, sin embargo, hoy publicaré la reparación del problema de la publicación anterior: [ESP] EXISTENCIA DE HUMEDAD EN EDIFICACIÓN "CASA SINDICAL". La obra fue supervisada por el Ingeniero Cipriano Lucica, el cual, me permitió publicarla en la red social de Hive.blog. Lamentablemente no pude estar presente en la obra, por que, me encuentro supervisando una remodelación, si Dios quiere, la estaré publicando por aquí.
The new publication aims to eliminate moisture by capillary, the maintenance and adequacy of the salons and outdoor areas of the trade union house, the work had an execution period of 2 weeks and was executed under the modality of direct administration of the mayor's office.
The work consists of the following activities:
La nueva publicación tiene como objetivos, eliminar la humedad por capilaridad, el mantenimiento y adecuación de los salones y áreas exteriores de la casa sindical, la obra tuvo un lapso de ejecución de 2 semanas y se ejecutó bajo la modalidad de la administración directa de la alcaldía.
La obra consta de las siguientes actividades:
Demolition and removal of deteriorated cladding, on walls and ceilings.
Application of waterproofing barrier inside the walls with silane gel
Removal of waterproofing layer and removal of concrete slope on ceiling plate.
Demolición y remoción de revestimiento deteriorado, en paredes y techos.
Aplicación de barrera impermeabilizante en el interior de las paredes con gel de silanos
Remoción de capa impermeabilizante y eliminación de pendiente de concreto en placa techo.
Repairs of interior and exterior walls, using plastering and waterproofing paint.
Repair and application of enamel paint, on metal doors and grilles.
Reparaciones de paredes interiores y exteriores utilizando frisos y pintura impermeabilizante.
Reparación y aplicación de pintura de esmaltes, en puertas y rejas metálicas.
Rectification of earring in roof slab sloping, with application of 5 cm thick, with mixture of cement sand and water.
Ceiling waterproofing using two layers of asphalt paint thickness 2 mm.
Repair of metal structure (beams, columns and belts), gates, and roof of acerolit sheets.
Rectificación de pendientes en losa de techo, con aplicación de 5 cm de espesor, con mezcla de cemento arena y agua.
Impermeabilización de techo utilizando dos capas de pintura asfáltica espesor 2 mm.
Reparación de estructura metálica (Vigas, columnas y correas), portones y techo de laminas de acerolit.
Repair and painting of walls of the main facade (rustic plastering and exterior rubber paint).
Electrical repairs, including; installation of cable No. 12, installation of lamps with multi-voltage LED bulb, repair of boards.
Reparación y pintura de paredes de la fachada principal (friso rustico y pintura de caucho exterior).
Reparaciones eléctricas que incluye; instalación de cable n° 12, instalación de lámparas con bombillo tipo led multi-voltaje, reparación de tableros.
Floor cleaning and disinfection.
Cleaning and maintenance of green and
outside areas including: debris collection, tree felling, tree pruning, transport and boating of waste.
Limpieza y desinfección de piso.
Limpieza y mantenimiento de las áreas verdes y exteriores que incluye: recolección de escombros, tala de árboles, poda de árboles, transporte y bote de los desechos.

Finally, the solutions to the repair and renovation of the Union Trade House has been implemented. Indeed, the waterproofing process matters in areas where there’s a high ratio of humidity because this prevents the further decay of the built environment.
