My country Indonesia is a tropical country that only knows 2 seasons, namely the rainy season and the dry season. If the rainy season the rainfall can be very heavy and can even cause flooding and it can also rain every day and that usually happens in September, October, November and December. And if it's the dry season then the sun will be very hot without any wind making my skin a little itchy. And usually at times like this I steal time with my wife to find the closest cold air from my city. Riding a motorbike, my wife and I decided to go to the border between our regencies which is only 1.5 hours away and this place is rarely congested.
There is one cafe that does not have a banner but visitors here often call it the Fog Cafe. Because you can see the thickness of the fog in this cafe. If you think that this fog is because there is no sun yet or because it has just rained, you are wrong. I came here when the sun was very hot but not long after the fog would just appear and the weather here changes in a matter of minutes. So I suggest that if you come to this place you must bring a raincoat and umbrella. Oh yes and when I came here it was still 09.00 in the morning the cafe was not open yet. This cafe is open during the day especially on weekdays like this. but if on holidays this cafe will open from the morning.
This cafe is very simple in concept without any partitions on the left and right. There is only a roof as protection from the heat and rain. The seats in this cafe are designed like pieces of wood as well as the tables and this is made as similar as possible to the original and this is made as natural as possible with cement. There are several tables and chairs in the form of pieces of wood here and all face the natural scenery in front of it.
In addition, there are also other simple chairs without backrests. And if you ask why the floor is not cemented and only spread with gravel like this, the answer is so that when it rains, the water can be absorbed back into the ground and this can prevent flooding. This is because the intensity of rain is very high here even though my city is very hot. Cafes in this area have rules that must be in the back to nature concept so that visitors feel really close to nature and can feel the free mountain air.
And you can see the roof of this cafe is very simple, only made of Canopy without a ceiling. And they only use bamboo media as their accessories to make it look beautiful, this bamboo media is used to wrap the lights in the cafe. and it is proven from the simple design that is made, it is able to make a much better impression. Oh yes, in this place there are also mini flower gardens with paths that are also made of cement like the concept of these wooden chairs. if you come to this cafe, visitors are very comfortable and don't want to go home. We are also allowed to bring food and drinks from outside but we still have to order something from this cafe. so if the cafe is closed like this we can still sit here without any charge at all.
