En el juego de las sombras podemos lucir más altos o más bajos, más anchos o flaquitos; las sombras distorsionan el modelo, haciéndolo a veces irreconocible. Tal es el caso de mis zapatillas.

In the game of shadows we can look taller or shorter, wider or skinnier; shadows distort the model, sometimes making it unrecognizable. Such is the case with my sneakers.

La amplitud de mi chaqueta de invierno parece proteger también el banco en el que estoy sentada, formado una pieza única; mientras que la malla del respaldar dibuja el piso y se imprime en el rosa de las zapatillas.

En síntesis, cuerpos diferentes, suman sus sombras para crear un nuevo espectro en dos dimensiones.

The width of my winter jacket also seems to protect the bench on which I am sitting, formed into a single piece; while the mesh of the backrest draws the floor and is printed in the pink of the shoes.

In short, different bodies add their shadows to create a new spectrum in two dimensions; it is the magic of the shadows, which takes any body to only two dimensions.
