Warm greetings fellow reflection hunters! 🙏 💚
It's Saturday, and that means that there is a new round, this week Round 94, of @olgavita's wonderful Reflection Hunters Contest! It has been rainy and cloudy for two days now, so not a lot of interesting reflections to be found. Because of this, I found it necessary to 'get creative' once again with my trusty round, adjustable, portable mirror!
The photos that I'm sharing today are reflections of the very tippy top of the ceiling of the Flow House, the open-air bamboo yurt built up on the lava from the 2018 eruption. What you're seeing are the multiple bamboo culms that make up the ceiling/roof of the yurt, all coming together in the top center of the structure. The black circle is a section of a repurposed car tire, with washers and screws visible.
I thought that the pattern of the blanket on which the mirror is sitting compliments the symmetry of the top of the hurt. I thought it looked pretty cool! I hope y'all enjoy! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
