Una máscara que la protege de sus miedos, de sus debilidades,
que oculta una ternura que no la ayuda a sobrevivir, en un mundo insensible a los afectos, al amor.
Cierro mis ojos
Me resisto a ver la realidad
¿Cuando se perdió la inocencia?
Ella no se ha perdido
permanece oculta
Incólume y protegida
Detrás de la máscara,
que con la llegada del nuevo día, se purifica.
