A quick recording post, mostly for my own benefit, I suppose:
Yesterday — April 13th, 2020 — my little art account passed 500 HP staked, thanks to one of my transfers in from powering down Steem.
And there's still quite a ways to go!
By the terminology of the old Steem, I guess that makes me "Minnow," now!
Given the current times of upheaval and financial uncertainty, I considered simply "cashing out," but it's ultimately just a few dollars, and I believe in the future of Hive, and want to be part of building this community.
Getting "Some" Creative Work Done...
Although these days of quarantines and "shelter in place" orders might seem like a good opportunity for art and creativity, I actually haven't been doing as much work as I had expected... and most of the work I have been doing has been more "administrative" in order... keeping websites and blogs current, updating my eBay, Etsy and other listings and taking advantage of "special offers" to add new listings free, or at a reduced cost.

Much as I'd like to think otherwise, people aren't really buying art these days... toilet paper and hand sanitizer just seems more relevant!
Meanwhile, I am glad to see the @creativecoin community getting started up as a Hive-based venue.
That's about it, for this quick post! Hoping to get some photography done later this week, so I can start putting up some "real" posts!
